i have a HDV camcorder (SONY HDR – HC7) and i use sony vegas to transfer the recordings to my computer. the problem is when it captures the recordings from camera it splits it to a certain amount of minutes.(I dont know if it spits it whenever the camera starts and stops recording). When there there is long scene it doesnt split it.
